UCarsea Moto

Enquiry privacy notice

Updated 9 October 2026. This notice covers the Moto website enquiry form.

What you provide

Name/company, email and/or WhatsApp number, destination, business role, intended use, model, quantity and message. Please do not send identity documents, payment details or other sensitive information in this form.

Why we use it

UCarsea uses the information to review and respond to your enquiry, clarify the product and shipment requirements, and keep a business-enquiry record. Submission does not subscribe you to marketing and does not confirm an order.

Storage and sharing

Enquiry records are stored on our server outside the public website directory. Website infrastructure may keep technical access/security logs. If a request needs supplier or logistics review, we may share the relevant product and destination requirements; personal contact details are not necessary for the initial review. We do not claim that a public form is a secure document-upload channel.

Your choices

Use the existing UCarsea WhatsApp contact to request correction or deletion of enquiry information, or to stop further contact. Identify the enquiry without sending sensitive documents. Records are kept for enquiry/order follow-up and applicable recordkeeping needs; this notice does not promise a fixed deletion deadline.

External services

WhatsApp links open an external service governed by its own policies. No marketing-consent checkbox is preselected. This form currently records the request to respond, not a marketing subscription.
